SEAHAWKS LEGEND

Randall Morris is a former American football running back who played 64 games over five seasons in the National Football League with the Seattle Seahawks and Detroit Lions. He was born in Anniston, Alabama and raised in Long Beach, California. He chose to attend college and play football at the University of Tennessee.

WELCOME TO SEATTLE

Randall Morris arrived in 1984 as a 10th-round draft choice of the Seattle Seahawks from the University of Tennessee. He had one of the better nicknames in Seahawk franchise history: “Too Hard to Handle,” as in “Too Hard to Handle Randall.” It was eventually shortened to simply “Too Hard,” with hand gestures to match – two extended fingers that then form a fist.

Randall and his wife, Amanda Howell, have embraced Seattle as their home. Their son Trey, a starting quarterback at Rainier Beach High School, is headed to Lewis & Clark University in Fall of 2020.

After football, Randall started Morris Janitorial Services LLC specializing in janitorial services for post construction clean up.  Though he was raised in Long Beach, California, he never left the Seattle area because he felt like it is a great place to raise a family.
